Detail Points
Every detail, considered
Each Everett garment is built with intention — from the single-yarn construction to the individually numbered serial.
Stitching
All seams are twin-needle stitched for strength and durability while stretching. We've used polyester thread to ensure the whole garment can be recycled without picking out all the stitches.
Drawcord and Elastics
A custom-braid has been created in Barcelona, Spain, especially for our swimwear. It is the perfect weight, and hollow so that it doesn't create a bump in the waistband, and also dries faster. 100% recycled polyester from PET plastic bottles.
Water-based Inks
Our fabric is sublimation printed in Sydney using water-based inks. All the paper transfers and fabric offcuts are immediately recycled, and no dyes are able to make their way into the drains.
Fully Lined
The entire garment has two layers of fabric, which provides comfort and modesty. Double-layered fabric takes slightly longer to dry, and slightly tougher stretch, but the tradeoff is a more elegant drape and much more comfort. Our lining and outer fabrics are exactly the same 100% polyester specification.
Signature Waistband
45mm branded waistband with internal drawstring. Sits flush against the body without rolling or digging in during activity. Heat transfer silicon is a sustainable choice right now because it does not shed microplastics.
Recycled Polyester
100% recycled polyester, with 50% PET and 50% PBT. 100% single-material construction and no mixed fibres means the garment can be fully recycled at end of life. Two-way stretch with chlorine and UV resistance.
Cut for Elegance
Maybe you haven't thought of racers as being 'elegant' before. But we think we've created a very flattering cut, with the perfect amount of drape, and without being immodest. The 55mm sideseam rides relatively narrow at the hip, which prevents chafing and bunching, and extends the leg.
Traceable & Recyclable
Every unit is numbered and traceable to its production batch. Made in Australia by Ethical Clothing Australia-accredited partners. At end of life, return to Everett Co for full material recovery and regeneration.

50% Recycled Polyester, 50% Recycled PBT Polyester
Sustainability
Made from 100% recycled polyester, a single-material construction that enables full garment recyclability at end of life. No nylon, no mixed fibres. Water-based inks, and responsible dyeing practices.. Made in Australia by partners independently accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia, ensuring every worker is paid correctly and works in safe conditions. Each unit is numbered and traceable. Return to Everett Co at end of life for full material recovery.
